The tour was extremely brief and the most disappointing ghost tour I’ve experienced. We paid $50 for two people, but the guide overlooked important characters and events, making it a lackluster experience. It wasn't worth the cost.

I reserved a tour for October 16th and wasted thirty minutes searching for the group. Despite using Google Maps and arriving at the address on my ticket, there was no one there. The guide eventually called but couldn't help much. When I reached out to the number I used to buy the ticket, the representative argued about the location and suggested I email management for a refund. The lack of clear meeting point instructions was very disappointing, especially since I traveled a long way to San Jose for this haunted history tour. I ended up going back to my hotel after missing most of the tour. A refund should be provided.
