Guests are responsible for any violations or fines. No booster seat is needed for bus travel on the day. • Health requirements: Guests with disabilities must give advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior arrangement. • Terms and conditions: Terms are subject to change, so check the product website for the latest updates. • Leaving the group: If leaving the group early, notify the tour guide and complete a departure form. No refunds for unused segments. • Gifts and refunds: Gifts given during the tour may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, and fees will not be refunded for changes. • Smoking and pet policy: Smoking is not permitted on buses or in most hotel rooms (fines may exceed $250). Pets are not allowed. • Airport pick-up: Only one airport pick-up is allowed per booking. Weather or flight delays may require you to arrange your own transport. • From January 13, 2025, to January 26, 2025, when the Lower Antelope Canyon is closed, the itinerary will instead visit Antelope Canyon X (optional, 90 minutes). • Tour conclusion in Los Angeles allows participation in Las Vegas activities, but ending in San Francisco does not include those options. • Important: National Park fees may apply to international visitors, collected in-destination rather than at the time of booking.

Cancellation made at least 6 full days prior to the departure will result in a full refund. If cancellation occurs between 2 and 6 days before the departure, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled departure will not receive any refund.
