The tour guide, James, was great and showed us many wonderful things. However, I was surprised by some hidden fees. I was aware of the $100 each for park passes, but an unexpected $15 daily service charge for four days came as a shock. I asked James about this when we stayed at the hotel, and he mentioned he had called us. It's important for customers to be informed about these additional costs before booking. I won't leave a positive review due to this lack of transparency regarding extra charges.
The guide did an excellent job, being both knowledgeable and friendly. We had comfortable transportation, and my wife and friends had a wonderful time on this trip. James took fantastic care of us and highlighted all the attractions.
This tour of Yellowstone and Grand Teton over three days was truly fantastic, thanks to our guide James. I initially feared it would feel rushed, but it turned out to be a great experience, with plenty of time to explore everything. The only minor issue was the quick lunch on day two, but that didn't detract from the overall enjoyment. The weather was beautiful, and the accommodations were satisfactory. James was very approachable and supportive throughout the trip.
The tour followed the planned itinerary, and our guide Jiang was genuinely kind and made an effort to ensure our comfort. The accommodations were decent, and Yellowstone National Park is definitely a must-see. However, the positives end there. Although advertised as having an English-speaking guide, our guide struggled with the language. The tour felt rushed, with no designated stops for lunch or coffee breaks; the lunch arrangement was just a quick stop at a gas station. Additionally, the van was cramped for our group of 12. If you are in search of a small group experience with a comfortable vehicle and a fluent English-speaking guide, this tour may not meet your expectations.
