Our experience with the Yellowstone guide was fantastic. They were highly professional and well-organized, making sure to attend to each guest's needs. Their extensive knowledge of the park's geology, wildlife, and history enriched the entire adventure.
The three-day tour of Yellowstone was truly remarkable. Our guide, Mr. Hansun, was exceptional—he not only kept us organized but also shared insightful commentary about the area. He skillfully managed late returns to the bus with humor. Our bus driver, Mr. Jade, was also a great conversationalist throughout the trip. I can't express enough how thankful I am to these two for making our experience so enjoyable. My family and I look forward to joining this duo on future tours.

This tour turned out to be a scam. I booked an English tour with a guarantee of a maximum of 4 people, but ended up on a bus with 52 Chinese tourists and a Chinese guide for a bilingual tour. Despite multiple confirmations from the agents about a 6:30 pickup, the guide arrived at 7:40, and we eventually left at 8, wasting 1.5 hours of our Yellowstone visit. The accommodations were the most basic available. It was disorganized from beginning to end, and I won't use Viator for any tour again.
This tour was booked through a Chinese company and was an all-Chinese group. It wasn't made clear beforehand. While all travelers and the guide spoke some English, it was quite limited and the guide provided only basic descriptions of the sites. Thankfully, our fellow travelers were supportive and we managed to communicate. The guide also added extra stops, which were valuable, but the schedule ran late, leaving little time for food. Although the guide was courteous and attentive during breaks, he drove too fast at times, which felt unsafe. I expressed my concerns to him a couple of times, especially as we concluded the tour. He clearly knew the sites well, and I believe the tour operator should coordinate better with the driver to ensure that the planned itinerary matches what we actually experience.
This experience offers great value for the cost. The journey includes many beautiful and fascinating locations en route to and from Yellowstone, while also allowing plenty of time to explore the park. The entire trip was well-coordinated, making it a stress-free alternative to planning it on your own.
Ivan was excellent. The Mercedes van provided a comfortable ride. Although the hotel left something to be desired, the sites he showed us were incredible.
My wife and I had a wonderful time; the scenery was stunning. The tour was thoughtfully organized, and our guide, Xin Xu, was friendly and informative, taking us to all the beautiful spots. He also introduced us to an excellent authentic Chinese restaurant, and the food was delightful. The hotel stay was satisfactory as well. Overall, I highly recommend this experience.
The tour was fantastic! Our guide Milo was knowledgeable and connected well with everyone. However, the trip is quite demanding for seniors, involving long walks and many stairs, which we found exhausting. There were a few issues: the motel accommodations were not up to par, and the Ford Van was overcrowded, with passengers squeezed in over the wheel well. Considering the long drives, the company should prioritize guest comfort over maximizing profits. I also suggest they clearly inform potential customers about the trip's intensity so seniors can make an informed choice beforehand. One mother and daughter left the tour on the second day due to the challenging pace.
We took a 3-day tour of Grand Teton and Yellowstone with Maarten as our guide. The group was sizable, around 55 participants, mostly from China. The itinerary effectively highlighted the main attractions in both parks. The bus was roomy, and with minimal hiking or extensive walking, my mother, who is over 60, could easily join in. However, this meant that we couldn't visit Jenny Lake in Grand Teton or experience the aerial view of Grand Prismatic or Great Salt Lake. Our accommodation in West Yellowstone was spacious and provided hot water and coffee in the lounge. A nearby Chinese restaurant and convenience store were also helpful. Maarten Wu, our tour guide, was approachable and responsive to any requests or concerns throughout the journey. Be aware that since guests come from various booking platforms, there may be extra fees during the trip. It's wise to verify all potential charges before making a reservation.
