I couldn’t help but lose track of time exploring the exhibits. As a museum curator, I appreciated the meticulous care taken in presenting the historical narrative and the intricate details of the displays. I'm now eager to learn everything about pirates. The experience was absolutely worth the cost. Cap’n Johnny Depths was a highlight as well; he was excellent at his role.

This museum is a true treasure, even for those who aren’t particularly interested in pirates. The exhibits featuring authentic pirate treasure are captivating. We really enjoyed exploring the artifacts recovered from the ocean floor.
The exhibits were well-executed, featuring appealing displays and historical information. It was enjoyable to learn about the ongoing efforts to recover additional artifacts from the local pirate wreck.
The initial orientation upon entering the exhibit area was excellent. The exhibits were well-labeled and provided valuable information. We particularly enjoyed the interactive knot-tying exhibit. One section of the museum is designed like a ship that you can walk through, which was impressive. As adults, we spent around two hours exploring the museum, reading everything.
We brought our seven-year-old son to this museum for an educational experience, and he had a great time asking lots of questions. Although it's not very large, the museum is enjoyable for both kids and adults. The pictures and artifacts captivated us and sparked some interesting conversations.
