We had high expectations for this tour, but it quickly became clear that our guide, Stanley, lacked engagement and failed to deliver the experience we desired. While he was polite, his monotonous style made the tour dull and uninviting. There was little effort to involve us in the experience, which was frustrating. I usually try to see the positive side of things, but this situation was unbearable, leading us to leave the tour early. It's advisable to research other companies offering ghost tours in Salem before booking. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a regrettable use of our money and a significant letdown.
