We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, especially thanks to Donald for his insights about Boston and Salem. Much appreciated! Mark and Eszter from Dublin.

The ferry was fantastic, featuring three levels and outdoor seating. Onboard, you could find coffee, drinks, and snacks. During our trip to Salem, the concierge provided an outstanding explanation of Boston Bay.
Our trip to Salem was cancelled after we had spent months planning it. I had to arrange alternative transportation, and I'm very dissatisfied with this situation.
The staff were very friendly, but we faced an issue since our cruise on Sunday, November 2nd, was canceled after booking through Trip Advisor. The company tried to reach out to them beforehand, but we had no notification. A representative was present to clarify the situation. Booking directly with the cruise company would have allowed us to receive an immediate refund, and we are still waiting for the $71 refund from Trip Advisor.
We traveled to Salem by train and returned by ferry. It was a pleasant way to mix things up and explore more of Boston.
