A souvenir shop is located at this site. • Taqa Castle is a notable landmark in Dhofar, built in the 19th century. Its walls are made of 'Taqa Stone', a local limestone with fossilized shells and corals. Traditional weaponry, jewelry, everyday household items, and vibrant traditional clothing are displayed in these areas. • View from Outside • You will have the chance to see seasonal waterfalls (if available at the time of your visit), and a spring where pedal boating, kayaking, and motor boating (at an additional cost) can be enjoyed, with views of the Jabal Qara mountains.
