Mr. Dewar, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and modified the pace to help those who had difficulty walking. He provided plenty of time to explore the market and even let us stay for lunch after the tour before returning to the ship.
The walking tour was excellent. Our guide provided a wealth of information, and we appreciated learning about the history and various side stories.
The tour was enjoyable, led by a friendly and knowledgeable guide. However, hearing him was sometimes challenging because of the large group size and construction noise in certain areas. We gained a lot of insights about Saint John.
Art provided an excellent tour as a knowledgeable guide and local teacher, sharing a deep understanding of the area's history. Exploring the sights of this charming, historic city was enjoyable.
The walking tour was excellent. The pace was just right, and there was a wealth of historical information provided. We visited many important landmarks, and the guide was both friendly and well-informed.
Keith provided an excellent walking tour. He was engaging and offered a wonderful overview of St. John, sharing insights about historic buildings, wildlife, and many other significant locations.
The tour felt somewhat disorganized. I followed the meeting instructions, but no one was present. After attempting to reach out with no reply, we walked around and eventually located the group. It appeared they had more participants than anticipated. We were divided into two groups, and our guide Keith took us through the tour. It felt rushed due to the limited time when cruise ships were in port. I would have liked to explore City Market more, and we missed visiting Trinity Church entirely. Keith was friendly and had a quirky sense of humor, and he provided good insights into the architecture and history.
There was no one at the pier, and my ticket did not specify a meeting time for the tour. After wandering around for an hour, I had to spend another $35 on the St. John bus service to explore the city. I will not use this service again.
There was no specific time arranged, so after waiting at the pier for a long time, I decided to take a city bus tour instead for an additional $35. I continued to ask for updates while at the pier.
This tour of New Brunswick was thorough and enjoyable. Our guide provided valuable insights, making the experience engaging. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to explore the area on foot rather than sitting on a bus.
