This operator is a scam. After paying $160 per person for a 6.5-hour tour, we were placed on a tour that cost $80 per person with a different operator. We traveled in a non-air-conditioned school bus that was painted black and only visited three locations, none of which matched our original itinerary. I attempted to reach the operator by messaging and calling throughout the day, but received no response. I hope Viator removes this scammer from their platform and assists with my refund, as this is entirely unacceptable. I wish for others to avoid this situation.
We had a fantastic experience as a family. The bus was clean and comfortable, making the journey enjoyable. Our guide was knowledgeable about the history and provided great assistance during the tour. Stopping at the Sea Caves Restaurant in Saint Martins was the highlight. I strongly recommend this tour for families; it is definitely worth it.
This felt like a scam. I communicated with Mila a week prior to ensure we would see all the listed sites, and the rude man at check-in reaffirmed this. The sign he held didn't match the tour operator. We only visited 3 out of 6 locations. While those were nice, we were frustrated about missing the others after being guaranteed the full itinerary. Additionally, our guide provided minimal information about the three stops and almost no historical context about Saint John, focusing instead on food suggestions and personal anecdotes from other tours.
