This experience is a fantastic alternative to the many bus tours available. Having visited St. John before, I found that aside from the reversing river, there isn't much to see. I learned to work with glass and even created my own stained glass fish. With just two of us in the class, the instruction felt very personal. The instructors were excellent, and I loved every moment of it, returning home with a wonderful keepsake from St. John.
A taxi ride will be necessary, costing around $14 each way. The class is held in a private residence. The instructor was welcoming and supportive, and I created a beautiful souvenir to cherish.
