You'll then head to the SKYWALK for panoramic views of the Bay of Fundy, known for having the highest tides in the world.
Next, visit the Carleton Martello Tower for a vantage point that overlooks the city, followed by insights into the area’s history at Place Fort LaTour. The small group format allows for an intimate experience with your guide and fellow participants. Dress comfortably for walking and check the weather, as some views are best enjoyed in clear conditions.

Reviews
Russell Hansen, our tour guide, exceeded our expectations by generously sharing his knowledge. He showed great patience and provided plenty of time at each site for both questions and photos. He truly is an exceptional tour guide.
Even with the rain, Gannon delivered a fantastic tour! We enjoyed the attractions and were particularly impressed by the reverse falls. I highly recommend this experience to anyone arriving by cruise ship.
The team at See Sight Tours and Viator displayed great patience when our cruise ship provided us with conflicting arrival times, which caused some concern about our pickup. We are very grateful for their understanding. Despite the rain, our tour of St. John's was led by the fantastic Gannon, who remained positive and even revisited certain areas when the downpour eased, ensuring we experienced the highlights of the city. We opted for a four-star rating instead of five because the Chevrolet Trailblazer was a tight fit for four adult passengers. This tour would be suitable for a family of four consisting of two adults and two children.
The driver and guide was both entertaining and very knowledgeable. If you have specific interests, he will ensure you have the opportunity to enjoy them fully.
We were set to arrive on a cruise ship, but the night before, the tour company canceled our booking without any explanation and suggested rescheduling for the following day, which wasn't feasible for us. We had to urgently find alternative plans.
The communication regarding this tour was poor, leading to a disappointing experience during our short time in St. John. We were on a cruise and were informed that our 12:00 tour would be rescheduled to 4:00. When I sought confirmation about the meeting location, there was no response. We went to the specified place, where another couple had a similar issue with their tour change. While there, they received a text indicating the tour guide was headed to a different pick-up point. They requested to be picked up where we were, yet received no reply. Frustrated, they left, while my husband and I waited. Eventually, someone arrived but was half an hour late. Although he tried to conduct a tour, we did not receive what we had paid for. We missed out on the Fort and tower admissions because they were closed, which the operator should have communicated in advance since entrance fees were included in our cost. Given the circumstances, I believed it was reasonable to ask for a refund of half our tour price, but I have not heard from the operator since making that request. I will not use this service again, and I believe there should be some accountability from the platform for the tours they promote, particularly to support our refund request.
Despite securing our booking weeks ahead of time, the tour company contacted us on the day of our trip to inform us they could no longer accommodate our entire group and requested we decide who would be excluded. We opted to cancel and asked for refunds.
Our group of six booked the tour, but the provider could only accommodate four and forced us to choose which couple would be left behind. This was absurd. Additionally, the meeting spot was a gift shop unrelated to the tour company, suggesting that such issues may be common with this provider. It's puzzling why Viator doesn't filter out these companies.
The service was disappointing as we were left without a tour because our group of six couldn't be accommodated despite having made a reservation. We ended up hiring a guide on the street and had a great day, but it was in spite of the poor handling by the company.
Russell was an exceptional guide who exceeded our expectations. His extensive knowledge contributed greatly to our enjoyment of the tour, and we felt truly fortunate to have him leading us.
