The tour operator canceled my booking at the last minute, which was particularly disappointing as it was my final day in the city before leaving the next morning. To lessen my disappointment, I accepted an alternate option—a 3-hour tour that lasted only 3 hours and 15 minutes, covering Rockwood Park and St Martine. I urge future customers to be aware that bookings may not be guaranteed and can easily be canceled by the operator. This experience has left me frustrated, especially since I organized my visit and day trips around the planned tours, and I've never faced such cancellations in my travels before, particularly in New Brunswick.
This was a terrible experience. We reserved this tour 2-3 days in advance, and our credit card was charged the day before. After driving from Moncton to Saint John early in the morning, we arrived around 7:20 and waited in the rain for over 30 minutes with no sign of the guide or bus. We want a refund.

We had an incredible tour with our guide, Haidari (Henry), who was exceptional. Starting at 9 am and ending around 5:15 pm, we enjoyed an extensive experience, although I was concerned about missing our cruise ship. Haidari went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible, taking us to several locations not mentioned in the advertisement. We witnessed the Reversing Falls during both high and low tide, walked along the Bay of Fundy beach, and explored caves. It was an unforgettable day, and we are grateful to Haidari (Henry) for such a fantastic tour.
Experiencing the sights affected by the Bay of Fundy tides in St. John was wonderful. My wife and I enjoyed the tour in a small, comfy van with just three other participants, which was much better than a similar cruise ship excursion. Our guide and driver, Henry, was very friendly, informative, and attentive.
Our driver, Keith, had extensive knowledge of St. John, New Brunswick, Canada. We explored many attractions, and the scenery was stunning. It was thrilling to witness the Fundy waters at low tide and then at high tide. I would happily take this excursion again.
