Over six hours in a passenger bus — see the Bay of Fundy with easy walking, starting within an hour of cruise arrival.
This bus tour spans over six hours and is exclusively available for cruise ship passengers or private events with at least ten attendees. The company operates three bus sizes: a small bus accommodating 20, a medium bus for 24, and a larger one for 33. Expect some easy walks during the tour, so it's advisable to wear comfortable footwear.
As for logistics, all passengers must be aboard within one hour of the cruise ship's arrival at the port. There may be some wait time before departure, as the bus won't leave until everyone in the group is seated. This tour runs from March 1st to November 15th, aligning with the cruise schedule.

The trip was fantastic, providing a wonderful experience thanks to the tour operators who genuinely go above and beyond. When our cruise ship adjusted its schedule, Abdul managed every detail, ensuring we reached all the destinations at the perfect times for the tide changes, allowing us to explore the sea caves and enjoy various activities. I couldn't have hoped for a better tour operator. He made a personal effort to connect with everyone, ensuring each person's experience was unforgettable.
The tour was both informative and entertaining, exceeding all our expectations. The guide was punctual, ensuring we returned to our ship on schedule, which was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed learning about the area's history, which was integrated into our visits throughout the day.
Abdul proved to be an outstanding tour guide, ensuring that we experienced everything and providing valuable insights about the area. This tour is definitely a must-do. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
This was an excellent tour. Steve made stops where he pointed out a covered bridge and shared interesting facts about various sights. He also showed us the river that flows backwards. It turned out to be an amazing day, and the chowder was fantastic.
I never expected such an incredible experience when I discovered this tour online. We selected it as a stop during our cruise in Saint John, and after finding the bus at the terminal, we were delighted. Abdul stood out as the best tour guide I've encountered in my travels. He truly brought the area to life and took the time to explain everything we saw at Reversal Falls. On the way back, he stopped again to let us witness a river flowing in the opposite direction. His passion for his home was evident, and it made the experience memorable. We'd love to join his tour again on a return visit to St John and the Bay of Fundy. Walking on the sea floor at St Martin and exploring the caves revealed at low tide was a lot of fun. The restaurant we visited served perhaps the best fish I’ve ever had for lunch. Traveling in a smaller bus allowed us to visit a lighthouse and walk on the land exposed during low tide. Capturing photos of the cliffs from below was a unique experience for my husband and me. I highly recommend stopping at the Octopus Ice Cream Shop in St Martin, where we took pictures of the covered bridges and boats stranded on dry land. The ice cream was delicious. Overall, this tour was exceptional with a comfortable bus, great value, insightful commentary, and it truly was the highlight of our Fall cruise through Canada and New England.
The journey included intriguing stops and stunning scenery, providing many chances to capture photos. There's ample time for photography, making this an excellent choice for an effortless exploration of St John and the Bay of Fundy.
The planned route needs to be updated, as we only visited points 1 and 5. We did stop at the Reversing Falls Rapids twice to observe the river's flow, but we skipped Fort Howe, Carleton Martello Tower, and the Saint John City Market. Along the Scenic Way to the Bay of Fundy, we stopped at a lighthouse and Lobster Cove, yet there was no visit to the sea caves mentioned. When we passed the City Market, I inquired about the stop, and Steve mentioned I could get off there but would need to manage my way back to the port, which was a 15-minute walk.
Bill, our guide, was enjoyable, entertaining, and quite knowledgeable. There was never a boring moment. The stops we made were engaging and enjoyable. The lunch stop featured the best Clam Chowder.
Steve was an informative guide with a fantastic personality, adding humor to the experience. My favorite parts were the caves at The Bay of Fundy and the restaurant with a view of them.
The tour of Saint John with Steve was beyond what we had hoped for. He is an engaging and knowledgeable guide who made the experience both enjoyable and entertaining. We gained a lot of insight about Saint John and the Bay of Fundy, venturing further into the beautiful countryside than we expected. Our journey was both educational and pleasant, and the lunch (not included in the price) near The Caves at St. Martin's was a delightful and scenic break.
