There were long waits both upon arrival and departure, largely due to insufficient staff. The checks involved endless lines and painful procedures, including absurd machine scans, shoe removals, and walking on an unclean carpet. Additionally, drinks were priced as if we were in Belgium, which felt out of place in Egypt.
After collecting my bags, it was easy to locate the driver holding a sign with my name. The drive to our hotel in Makadi Bay was safe and enjoyable, thanks to a very nice and pleasant driver.

The taxi transfer never showed up, and after waiting for 30 minutes without any communication or apology, we had to resort to using the TUI transfer instead. I wouldn't suggest using this company.
After arriving at Hurghada Airport at 22:00 and going through Security and Passport Control, I was assisted in a wheelchair with our luggage. However, there was no one there to take us to our hotel. My wife and I were left waiting outside and had to arrange a private transfer for £25, for which I have a receipt. I am seeking a refund for that amount along with the cost of our original transfer. We did not reach our hotel until 22:45, and after being awake since 06:30am, we feel let down by your company during our holiday.
The driver arrived on time and was friendly. He properly loaded our luggage into the right compartment, drove carefully, and dropped us off at the correct spot.
The driver arrived early, was helpful, and communicated in some English. We anticipated the usual Egyptian baksheesh, but with 12 bags for 5 people, it was justified.
The transfer was quick and safe, and even though our flight was delayed, the driver was waiting for us and was very accommodating.
