Our tour of the city with Moussa was enlightening as he shared many Egyptian traditions. We explored a perfumery with exquisite oil-based fragrances and then enjoyed a fantastic massage at a spa. We had a wonderful experience in Hurghada as a family of five, with children aged 12, 9, and 6. Our guide, Mahmood (also known as Musa), was fantastic; he was honest, caring, friendly, and incredibly reliable and respectful. The kids enjoyed his charming presence and felt well cared for and entertained by him. Musa organized all our excursions, including day trips to Cairo and the Grand Museum, local bazaars, malls, Orange Bay, and other attractions. He demonstrated professionalism and punctuality, ensuring that our trips ran seamlessly. It truly felt like Musa was a family member guiding us through his country. We always felt safe and happy during our time.
I initially booked this tour, but my partner and I really wanted to catch the Liverpool vs. Chelsea match. I reached out to the organizer, and he gladly adjusted our plans. He picked us up from our hotel punctually and was friendly and enthusiastic the entire time. Our guide, Musa, took us to a cozy local café away from the tourist areas, where we had beer and coffee while enjoying the game. Although the match ended in a draw, the atmosphere and overall experience still made the evening memorable. A wonderful time in a genuinely charming city.
