The bikes were ready for us upon arrival, and we received clear route instructions, including detours to a nearby ice cream shop. They also provided helmets and a lock. The greenway was mostly flat, making it an easy and enjoyable ride, perfect for a few hours in Roanoke.

The two-hour rental was the ideal start to our Saturday. The bikes were affordable, comfortable, and suitable for all skill levels, even beginners. For families with younger kids, there are two playgrounds near The Greenway to enhance the outing. Despite the presence of other riders, runners, and walkers, everyone was courteous and willing to share the path. The staff thoroughly explained everything we needed to know and gave us great snack recommendations for after our ride. We highly recommend this experience and plan to return for another ride soon.
