Our group of three couples in our 60s, including siblings, had an excellent experience. The guides, Sean and Charity, were incredibly helpful and informative. None of us had ridden an e-bike before, but by the end of the trip, we felt like pros. The beer stops were just right and added a lot of fun to our adventure.

It could have been an enjoyable experience, but we didn't get to participate. The online booking system accepted our reservation, yet we waited for days without confirmation. When I reached out, they explained that they lacked staff for the day before a holiday and could not run the tour. I understand that staffing can be challenging, but they should not accept bookings on days when they can't operate. More importantly, when issues arise, it’s essential for them to proactively inform customers, take responsibility, and apologize. These are basic best practices for any business. We hope they find success, as they need it.
I highly recommend this activity! Our guides Charity and Cody were fantastic. We had a great time exploring the town and visiting several breweries for tastings. I would absolutely do this again.
