Lori proved to be a fantastic guide. Unfortunately, my experience with the booking service was frustrating. The directions to the tour meeting point were incorrect. When I didn’t arrive, Lori reached out to see if I was still coming. After we figured out I was at the wrong place, she provided me with directions to rejoin the group. I ended up needing to take an Uber, which added extra costs. Thanks to Lori, I was able to enjoy a portion of the hike.
