I participated in the afternoon session, and it was a thoroughly organized experience from beginning to end. The guides were friendly and eager to engage, with Nick delivering an entertaining and informative briefing on the way to the river. Our guide, Cade, was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic throughout the trip, skillfully interacting with our mixed-age group. During the quieter moments, he shared his knowledge of the Illecillewaet River's nature and history. The cookies and watermelon snacks at the end were a nice touch. I highly recommend Apex Rafting.

Apex Rafting is a well-organized and reliable provider. From check-in to farewell, everything went smoothly. I took my two teenagers, aged 12 and 15, and they had a fantastic time. Initially, I thought 2.5 hours on the river would be too long, but the balance of thrilling rapids and leisurely flows was ideal, and our guide was incredibly helpful with rowing. I had worries about the glacial water being too cold, but they offered plenty of protective gear, and by the end, my kids even took a dip without feeling chilly. Our guide, Graham, was excellent; we were fortunate to have him. The scenery while rafting is stunning. I highly recommend this experience.
This was a fantastic adventure. A bus transported us to the starting point, where one of the guides provided entertaining explanations along the way. Dressed in wetsuits, jackets, helmets, and life jackets, we ventured onto the water. Our guide, Dilan, was exceptional; he shared extensive knowledge about Revelstoke, the region, and the First Nations while expertly navigating us through the rapids. Our kids, aged 14 and 17, had a wonderful time as well. Additionally, a photographer captured moments from the shore, and we could download the photos for free afterward.
