Exercise caution regarding the cancellation policy at AAA Guided Tours. As a retired military veteran eager to fish, I was disappointed with the communication. After only one response before booking, my inquiries went unanswered. On the day of the trip, it was unseasonably cold and rainy, making it uncomfortable for my arthritis. The cancellation policy I received promised no charge for bad weather, but that was not honored. Despite my situation, Zack insisted on charging $100, which felt unreasonable. He made dismissive comments about his own winter fishing experiences and implied I just wanted an easy outing. Ultimately, I lost $262.50 plus $48 for fishing licenses with no service provided, leaving me wary of similar situations in the future. Proceed with caution.
It was an excellent day. Zach was an outstanding guide. Our wives enjoyed having some time to themselves while we were out. I highly recommend this experience.
I had an excellent half-day fishing excursion with Zack. Despite being an hour late due to traffic, he didn't rush us and ensured we enjoyed our full time on the water. We fished at fantastic spots, and he was very patient with us, even when we lost quite a few lures. It was a fantastic experience overall, and I would definitely recommend it and return if I'm in the area again.
