• Infants must be seated on an adult's lap. • Infant seats designed for safety are available. • The activity is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. • Adults must accompany children. • Children aged 4 years and under can participate at no charge with an adult; those aged 5 and older will incur full charges. • Confirmation of safari availability occurs only after a booking request has been made. • Seating assignments are provided by the Forest Department and will not be disclosed prior to the performance date. • Complete passport information, including name, number, expiry date, and issuing country, is necessary for all participants at the time of booking. • A valid passport or government-issued identification is needed beforehand to validate the booking. • Once confirmed, safari fees are non-refundable. • Sightings of tigers in Ranthambore National Park cannot be guaranteed due to natural conditions and wildlife movement.

Pickup services are offered from Sawai Madhopur Railway Station, your hotel, or any other preferred location within Sawai Madhopur for your convenience. Additionally, if you are arriving by air, you have the option to select pickup from Jaipur Airport when making your booking.

• Pickup will occur from your chosen location in Ranthambore or Sawai Madhopur according to your selected time. If you are coming from Jaipur Airport, you can select the Jaipur Airport pickup option during booking. • Following pickup, the arrival at the entrance gate of Ranthambore National Park will be approximately 45 minutes prior to the scheduled safari time. Guests are required to arrive at least 45 minutes early to complete the necessary boarding procedures, ID verification (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport), and collect boarding passes. Safari timings typically are: Morning: 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM Afternoon: 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM (Times may vary slightly depending on the season.) • Safari Experience After completing all entry requirements, you will embark on your wildlife safari in a Gypsy (6-seater jeep) or a Canter (20-seater open bus) assigned by the Forest Department. The vehicle type is based on availability and your confirmed booking. During the 3 to 3.5-hour safari, you will explore the designated zone accompanied by a licensed driver and a knowledgeable forest guide. You may have the chance to view Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, hyenas, sambar deer, spotted deer, nilgai, crocodiles, and numerous bird species. Guests must remain seated within the vehicle at all times and adhere to park regulations to ensure safety and protect wildlife conservation. • After the completion of the safari lasting 3 hours, you will be returned to your hotel in Ranthambore or Sawai Madhopur. If you indicated a railway station or Jaipur Airport drop-off during booking, we will transport you to your specified location accordingly.
