We booked the tour on the same day for $120, but the tour operator did not reach out to us. We are seeking a full refund. I would rate it zero stars if that were possible.
The operator cancelled my tour at the last minute, which was very disappointing. I was instructed to reach out for a refund, but I was informed that you needed to contact the operator instead. That was on June 26, and I have not received any updates since then except to request a review.
Regrettably, the guide never arrived, so we missed the tour. It's important to note that we incur significant taxi costs to reach the location. Although I received a refund, it did not cover my taxi expenses. I’m giving 2 stars because we could communicate afterwards, but by then it was too late.
I highly recommend this experience, giving it a perfect score. Chris was lively and well-informed about the area's history, making it a fantastic time.
I would advise against this tour. The operator, Chris, fails to provide a start time, instructing customers to reach out for details. When I emailed, I received no response, and although he answered my call, he claimed to be dealing with an emergency and promised to text me back, which he never did. After following up, he still didn’t reply. I eventually canceled, and he replied that he had to leave town due to an emergency. This is completely unprofessional and frustrating.
