The tour provides a fantastic overview of downtown, and it helped us discover several spots we'd like to revisit since we just relocated here. However, the app was quite glitchy. We had to contact IT for assistance, which shouldn't have been necessary as we were using it normally.
The provided street address is nonexistent, and no one responded to the customer service number. The GPS led us to an unsafe area in Durham, and at the first stop, there was no activity. It was disappointing for four adults who normally navigate well with iPhones. I request a refund for this experience.
