  So much fun! Great value! Costa Rican adventure!

  This adventure was incredibly enjoyable. Our guide was fantastic, and the horses were gentle, reliable, and easy to ride. They seemed well-cared for and were given adequate rest. The route through the forest and jungle was stunning. We spotted a rare Pygmy owl and a poison dart frog during the journey. I valued the guide’s informative nature walk to the waterfall, where we learned about local plants and their uses. The post-ride lunch was superb—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. I highly recommend this tour; you will not regret it.

  Horseback Ride

  This experience was fantastic and the highlight of our trip. The organizers provided excellent information, the waterfall where we swam was stunning, and the ride itself was very enjoyable. It's suitable for all skill levels and fun for everyone in the group.

  Fun adventure on horseback!

  What an incredible experience in Costa Rica! The horses were stunning, gentle, and well-cared for, making the ride through beautiful landscapes—passing farms, fields, forests, and creeks—truly enjoyable. Our guide shared fascinating stories about local culture and wildlife, and we spotted a dart frog, a toucan, and even a spotted owl along the way. Swimming in the waterfall was refreshing, so it’s wise to wear shoes suitable for wet, rocky areas. The lunch afterward was hot, fresh, and delicious. This tour is located outside of Manuel Antonio Park, offering a more tranquil setting. It was a fantastic experience, full of fun!

  Take care not to cancel at the last minute

  Be cautious about last-minute cancellations. The local operator canceled our activity due to overselling, and they didn't have any spots available.

  Gorgeous scenery

  The ride offered stunning scenery and a lovely swimming spot. The horses were delightful, and our guide Jasper did an excellent job. Additionally, the lunch was quite tasty.

  Hugo provided excellent instruction, guiding me from being a complete beginner to riding confidently. He also took us to a lovely small waterfall where we could take photos and swim. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a wonderful instructor.

  Amazing guide, great experience and fun for newbies and pro horse riders

  I arranged this activity for a group of 8, with 6 of us being novices at horse riding, some experiencing it for the first time. Our guide, Hugo, was outstanding, sharing insights about the area's history and providing a brief riding lesson. He was incredibly patient with the kids, and we all had a fantastic time. I highly suggest this experience and plan to participate again on our next visit.

  Horseback tour

  The horseback tour was exceptional. The horses were well looked after, and our guide adjusted to our riding skills. Being local, he shared a wealth of knowledge. We encountered squirrel monkeys on the trail, enjoyed the stunning scenery, and the lunch afterward was quite good.

  Wonderful half day experience!

  Our horseback riding adventure was truly delightful. The guide was outstanding, and we highly recommend this experience. We rode to a stunning waterfall where we swam, took photos, and soaked in the peaceful surroundings before returning to the farm for a delicious lunch and fresh juice. It was a wonderful experience.
