This experience was advertised as a luxury sunset sail but did not meet expectations. The boat looked worn with peeling paint. Guests received only one welcome cocktail, with the remainder being a cash bar. Dinner consisted of grilled fish, frozen vegetables, and salad served on laps due to limited seating. Improved appetizers would have enhanced the meal. Our swimming stop involved kayaking around the boat, but it lacked scenic views and wildlife sightings. The sunset was brief, followed by a return to port. While the staff fulfilled their roles, they were not particularly engaging or fun. I cannot recommend this cruise.
The staff was incredibly friendly and well-informed. We began with delightful local fruit, followed by the freshest fish dinner we enjoyed throughout our entire trip. Other members of our group praised the sautéed chicken, accompanied by various delicious sauces, pasta, and salad. There was a full bar available and we took a pleasant swim as well. The bathroom was very clean and surprisingly large. It was a lovely evening, although we didn't encounter much sea life, but it was truly a memorable experience.
The crew was fantastic on a distinctive wooden sailboat as we sailed along Manuel Antonio National Park. The scenery and sunset were stunning. Dinner featured red snapper, which was quite tasty. With only about 35 passengers, it felt much more intimate than a large catamaran party boat.
This experience was incredible. With fantastic music, delicious food, and wonderful staff, we had the chance to see humpback whales, dolphins, and various birds. I highly recommend this excursion.
Choosing this tour was a great decision! The water was beautiful, and the boat and crew were excellent. The grouper was also fantastic. Although the visibility for fish was limited, snorkeling was still enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour!
The organization during check-in was impressive, and there was free parking available nearby. The sailing ship was stunning, and the included cocktail was the largest we had during our holiday, lasting throughout the trip while additional purchases were also available. The outing on the sea was amazing; we spotted a turtle and dolphins swimming close by. Lunch was delicious, offering a choice of chicken, fish, or vegetarian options. There were opportunities to swim, snorkel, and even dive from a high platform for those adventurous enough. Equipment like noodles for floating and snorkeling gear was provided. The atmosphere was very laid-back and it wasn’t a booze cruise. While there was one young couple, the majority of passengers were middle-aged. We left feeling completely relaxed and wholeheartedly recommend this experience.
This experience surpassed the party catamaran. The boat was beautiful, with the sails up throughout our journey. The service was outstanding, and the grouper meal was fantastic. It wasn't overly crowded with young kids drinking excessively. This was my favorite excursion during my four months here.
The crew was fantastic, consistently ensuring we had plenty of water, drinks, and food. If you are in the Quepos area, this is an experience you should not miss.
The afternoon sunset cruise was fantastic.
This was one of the highlights of our trip! The staff was exceptional, and the food was tasty. There was plenty of space on the ship, making it much less crowded than other tours I have experienced.
