Participate in the prayers and watch as the priest reads aloud from the Guru Granth Sahib, the sacred text of the Sikhs. Next, you will visit the Brahma Temple, constructed from marble and adorned with silver coins. A marble statue of the Sun God greets visitors at the temple entrance. • Surrounding the lake, there are multiple 18th-century temples. Engage in a ceremony honoring one’s ancestors at the holy Lake Pushkar, along with a traditional Indian fire ritual known as ‘havan’. Items range from perfumes and trinkets to provisions used in religious observances and offerings. Pushkar's reputation for rose cultivation has earned it the title of the ‘Rose Garden of Rajasthan’. You may want to purchase a bottle of the well-known rose perfume. Additionally, there are specialty shops that offer fabrics for the common Rajasthani turban, with friendly shopkeepers willing to assist you in tying one. Concluding the tour, you will have brunch (excluding beverages) at a local restaurant. After brunch, you will be returned to your hotel.
