• Infants must be seated on an adult’s lap. • Open to individuals of all fitness levels. • Each traveler may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized items or additional luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles) may be restricted; please notify in advance to check if extra luggage is permissible. • Luggage capacity: In a 4-Seater Vehicle - 3 pieces; In a 7-Seater Vehicle - 5 pieces. • Maximum passenger capacity: In a 4-Seater Vehicle - 3 passengers with luggage; In a 7-Seater Vehicle - 5 passengers with luggage. • The duration of transfers is an approximation and can vary based on timing and traffic. • Attach the flight ticket when making the reservation. • Airport transfers are one-way only, either from the airport or to the airport. • A midnight surcharge of INR 500 will be charged, payable directly to the driver. • The vehicle will wait in the airport parking area for up to 1 hour after the flight arrival. If guests take longer than 1 hour to exit the airport, an additional fee for parking will apply for the extra time.

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
