Three days of kayaking and camping — explore reefs, snorkel, and witness marine life in Golfo Dulce's warm waters.
This three-day excursion allows you to explore Golfo Dulce by kayak while camping along the shore. The itinerary focuses on snorkeling at the northern reefs, where you can expect to see an array of marine life, including colorful fish, mollusks, and potentially dolphins.
The calm and warm waters of Golfo Dulce create a perfect environment for both kayaking and swimming. Each day offers the chance to witness the rich biodiversity of the area. It's advisable to pack light and bring essentials for camping, as well as snorkeling gear to make the most of the underwater adventures.
Reviews
This was an unforgettable kayak adventure in Golfo Dulce, one I would gladly do again. The atmosphere was wonderful, immersed in pristine nature, and we learned so much about the local culture. Alberto, along with his son Roberto and Jairo, welcomed us like family. I truly appreciate this remarkable experience.
This is the best experience to have in Costa Rica. I had an incredible time with a guide who was both friendly and very knowledgeable. It truly was an amazing adventure, and I would definitely return multiple times. Thank you!
I enjoyed every aspect of the trip. Golfo Dulce was serene and not at all overcrowded. We encountered far more fish and wildlife than fellow travelers. I highly recommend this experience.
Our experience kayaking in Golfo Dulce was fantastic in every way. Opting for an extra day on our four-day trip allowed us to unwind and discover even more. Guides Alberto and Tamar were not only knowledgeable but also engaging and attentive. The food was exceptional, featuring local, fresh produce and a vegetarian menu that suited us perfectly. We encountered a diverse array of wildlife, and the area felt untouched with minimal signs of civilization. The paddling conditions were gentle, with little wind or current, covering a maximum distance of around 10 miles in a day. This trip is definitely one of our most unforgettable moments. Pure vida Costa Rica!
