My granddaughter and I took this walk on Saturday and had a wonderful time. The weather was ideal at around 55° with a gentle breeze. We took longer than most to complete the course, but we made it! We both felt the effort was well worth it and appreciated the thoughtfulness behind the questions.
Downloading this was extremely challenging, and the instructions lacked clarity. The support representative insisted I check in at a specific address where a guide would meet us, but that wasn't the case. It took us an hour to find the right app, download it, and get started.
The app took a while to process the purchase and repeatedly prompted for a free 7-day trial. However, the customer service representative was excellent and even followed up to ensure we got underway.
Downloading the app was quite challenging and took significantly longer than expected. While there were plenty of engaging activities at each location, pushing my mom in a wheelchair was difficult due to the cracked and uneven roads.
