The guide was excellent and provided a wealth of information. We encountered many fascinating sites and learned several intriguing facts. The bus was comfortable, making for a wonderful day of exploration.
The tour was conducted on a small bus, allowing for a few opportunities to hop on and off. The small group atmosphere enhanced the experience, and the guide shared numerous entertaining stories about the history of Providence.
The tour guide was both friendly and enthusiastic. We had a great time, especially because of the smaller group size. I was happy to see a small coach and only about twelve other guests when we arrived.
This tour provided a fantastic introduction to Providence. Our guide, Phil, was engaging and very knowledgeable, clearly passionate about the city. Providence boasts stunning architecture and incredible food. I have always been pleased with the experiences.
Phill was excellent, showing great knowledge of the area and its historical political challenges. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
Providence is compact, so there aren’t many sites to see. Nevertheless, you will gain significant insights into the city's history.
This tour provided a wealth of information about Providence. Ted demonstrated impressive knowledge of the city’s history and details. He engaged us not only at each stop but also shared interesting background between them. He remembered where everyone was from and even quizzed us during the tour, which made it fun—go NY! Thank you, Ted, for a fantastic experience.
I was informed on the morning of the tour that it had been canceled because there weren't enough bookings. I was offered to reschedule for later that day, but was warned it would likely be canceled as well due to low bookings.
The driver departed ahead of schedule, causing us to miss our tour. We arrived right on time, and there should have been a general waiting period of 5 minutes before the bus left.
Our tour of Providence was both enjoyable and informative, guided by John, who was fantastic—engaging, knowledgeable, and easy to follow. The length of the tour was great, but we could have used a little more time at the first stop to fully savor the culinary treats. It's worth mentioning that the meeting location was changed. We received a call in advance, but some other participants did not, which led to some initial confusion. Since it was the season’s first tour, a few minor issues are to be expected, but they didn’t detract from our overall experience. A truly great outing that was absolutely worth it.
