We really enjoyed our time at Sergio’s Beach House. Uva picked us up from the port, and he was fantastic. Since we had been there before, he pointed out what had changed and took us to the house where we were welcomed like family. The food was tasty, and the drinks were plentiful. The beach was pristine, and during our visit, the water was clear. The pool was stunning and well-kept, and there was a “grass” wall that was perfect for Tik Tok and selfies. We were well taken care of throughout the day. When it was time to leave, we were dropped back at the port, and we can’t wait to return in February and April 2026. They offer a great range of services at reasonable prices and ensure you get back to your ship on time. Make sure to choose Sergio’s; it’s worth it.
I had a very pleasant day. The food and drinks were great. It was both relaxed and entertaining. The service was excellent, and the transportation was seamless.
We enjoyed our visit overall, but the pool was too cold and the beach wasn't suitable for swimming, which disappointed my daughter. Manuel, the bartender, was great, and the food was decent as well.
We arranged a tour in Progreso through Sergio’s Tours and had a fantastic time. The entire experience was well-organized from beginning to end. The transportation was comfortable, featuring air conditioning, and the timing was seamless. Our guide, Uvaldo, stood out with his friendliness, helpful demeanor, extensive knowledge, and attentiveness to the group. He significantly enhanced our experience. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Progreso.
They offered a group of six shots for two hours, but they created a disruptive scene for others. Staff did nothing as one woman was vomiting on the pool deck and then into a bucket while we watched. The rowdy group was not cut off despite their behavior. Two extremely heavy women kept bothering other guests without any intervention. Also, forget about a beach, as there isn't one. If I could share photos, you would think twice about going. The food was subpar; the tacos were just thick chips with liquid cheese.
Sergio’s is a must-visit! The food was tasty, the drinks kept coming, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a good time; they definitely create a great atmosphere.
For an authentic party experience, with potent drinks, tasty food, and a friendly atmosphere, this spot is unbeatable! It felt like being with family. We had a fantastic time and would return immediately.
Sergio’s provided an incredible experience. The staff were both professional and friendly, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere filled with party vibes. The only issue was a rude attendee who made inappropriate comments online about some of my friends, but that’s no reflection on Sergio’s. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
Sergio's was fantastic! Jesus provided our transportation to the house and was incredibly kind and responsible. He was prompt and knowledgeable. The food and service were excellent, and we enjoyed a massage right on the beach. The family running the place is very welcoming. Everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the drinks were enjoyable. I will definitely come back! Jesus also made sure we returned to the boat with plenty of time. Thank you very much!
We were picked up at the end of the shops and taken to our destination in a small bus, where we enjoyed unlimited food and drinks by the pool. There were ladies offering massages for a much lower price than in Cozumel, and they were skilled and attentive, even asking questions like, "Was this fractured?" If you want a more relaxed atmosphere compared to Sanchos but still enjoyable, this is the place.
