Tim was exceptionally friendly and kept us engaged throughout the tour. He picked us up from our hotel, offered us coffee and homemade biscuits, and suggested some fantastic local dishes to try. The biscuits baked by his wife were so delicious that I wished I could take them home. If I have the chance to return to South Africa, I will reach out to him again. The horse ride stood out as another highlight. It provided a wonderful escape from daily life and allowed us to immerse ourselves in a serene environment. We were able to observe various animals up close, including giraffes and zebras, and both Tim and another guide were kind enough to take numerous photos of us with the wildlife. If you’re not an experienced horse rider, there's no cause for concern—the horses are intelligent and well-trained. Visiting Hartbeespoort Dam is also essential. The views were so stunning that it felt like we had entered a scene from a Disney movie.

The tour happened within a nature park and was led by a local guide. Safety helmets were provided, and the horses were healthy, calm, and friendly, making them ideal for novice riders. During the ride, we encountered a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and ostriches, which was wonderful. This half-day adventure was delightful, and we highly recommend it.
Tim and Elise are exceptional tour guides. The entire experience was expertly organized. When rain was anticipated during our horseback and zipline adventure, Tim adjusted the schedule and had rain ponchos on hand. He captured many photos with his professional camera and ensured the zipline guide took pictures of us as well. During the horseback ride, the guide called Tim to snap pictures of us standing between seven giraffes, which was an incredible moment. We had phone chargers available, though we unfortunately left them at the hotel. Snacks were at our seats, and Tim even offered us coffee or tea upon picking us up. Water was readily available too. Having visited Johannesburg numerous times, I’ve never encountered a guide who cared for us as much. We truly felt like friends or family. The booking process was quick, with various options provided, and other companies were less responsive in comparison. The pricing was also quite fair. Thank you, Tim and Elise, for such an enjoyable day.
