After researching Kruger Safari Tours online, I chose Nhlalala Travel because of Norman's comprehensive and clear answers to my inquiries. Our three-day safari experience in Kruger Park at the end of October 2025 included private transportation to and from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport. Loyd picked us up at our hotel around 7:30 a.m. on the first day and drove us to Kruger Gate Hotel, where we checked in around 2 p.m. After some relaxation time, we enjoyed a sunset safari drive at 4 p.m. I highly recommend Kruger Gate Hotel for its proximity to the park entrance, well-maintained rooms, and excellent amenities like a zero-edge pool and quality buffet dinner. The second day featured a full-day private safari starting at 5 a.m. with about a dozen participants. Our guide, Roger, was knowledgeable and attentive to our requests, leading us to see numerous animals close up, including elephants, giraffes, and more. While we missed lions and rhinos, the overall experience was fulfilling. On our third day, Loyd again provided a private transfer after breakfast at 8 a.m. We took a scenic route through God's Window and Blyde River Canyon, which took longer but offered breathtaking views. We arrived back in Johannesburg around 6 p.m. at our hotel. The total cost of approximately 800€ per person was justified by the quality of service: two private transfers, two nights at a beautiful hotel with meals included, and both a sunset safari and a full-day private safari. Norman's professionalism throughout the booking process was commendable, as payments were straightforward. I wholeheartedly recommend Nhlalala Travel, and I'm grateful to Norman, Loyd, and Roger for a fantastic experience.

The entire trip was well-organized yet never felt hurried or overly commercialized. It was a personal and unique experience from beginning to end.
