Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved; there were glass shards on the floor, likely from a previous tour. Wet tables from the recent rain were also a concern; having a drying cloth or staff member to clean would enhance the experience. On the positive side, everyone was very courteous.
A fantastic way to view the city from the water. The staff were friendly, and the sunset was lovely. It pairs perfectly with dining on the Embarcadero afterward.
