The guide was punctual, and we began our journey right away. Although we started in cloudy weather, the conditions worsened to an uncomfortable mist and drizzle, which hindered our experience. Despite this, we managed to visit all the recommended spots, and the guide was very friendly, ensuring I was comfortable and able to see everything I wanted. I truly appreciated his attentiveness; even though I was alone with him, I never felt unsafe. The sunny return journey made me consider coming back. My overall assessment: avoid June due to unpredictable weather, agency score: 10/10, slightly high but personalized value, and transport was rated 10/10.

A truly memorable experience in Serra Gaúcha. The allure of the German-style architecture, well-kept and flowering streets, along with the pleasant climate perfect for hot chocolate, was captivating. Strolling down Coberta Street, savoring delicious food and browsing the shops and cafes felt like stepping into a cinematic world.
The trip was very well organized. Before we left, I reached out to Tiago on WhatsApp, and he confirmed that our reservation was secure. The driver was early for our departure, readily available to assist us with everything. Despite the language barrier, he communicated on our behalf with everyone we encountered and even arranged lunch for us at a local restaurant. He supported us throughout the day and ensured we had a great experience, acting not just as a driver but as a guide as well. I highly recommend him.
