The crew was friendly and well-informed, but safety measures were inadequate. On a very windy day, life jackets were not provided, which concerned me for my six-year-old. Midway through, a sudden wind gust caused our boat to tilt dangerously, resulting in one passenger being hurled across the boat, breaking her arm and nearly falling into the water. She was soaked and panicking, prompting us to return to shore immediately. Had I not been securely holding my child, it could have been a horrifying experience. What should have been a leisurely two-hour boat ride turned into a frightening ordeal for my family. I cannot recommend this for kids at all.
