I had an excellent experience. We reached the beach early and enjoyed breathtaking views. The time spent at the lagoon and cascades was also fantastic. Our guide even included a stop at the coffee roastery, which enhanced the trip significantly.
This half-day adventure was an incredible experience, showcasing some of Vanuatu's most stunning water features. Eton Beach, the Blue Lagoon, and Dona Cascade provided unforgettable views and immersions in nature. We began our day early, with our fantastic guide taking us to a local café for coffee and snacks before heading to Eton Beach. The beach was breathtaking, with tranquil crystal blue waters perfect for a leisurely swim. The Blue Lagoon was the highlight, standing out as the best one I've encountered across five different countries. The swimming conditions were ideal, with brilliantly blue, crystal-clear water and plenty of friendly fish. Dona Cascade was another highlight, offering a great temperature for the waterfall, with numerous spots to jump in or play behind the falls. Our guide, Simon, was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. To cap off the day, we visited Tanna Coffee for an excellent factory tour, delicious food, and, of course, outstanding coffee. This experience was truly magical, and I can't wait to return with my family next year.
The splash experience was truly impressive. Swimming alongside the turtles was a breathtaking experience. I highly recommend this if you visit Vanuatu.
My friend and I enjoyed an excellent tour with Tony. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, showing a genuine passion for his country and culture. He was also quite flexible with our schedule, and we loved exploring the local sites.
We had a fantastic experience on this half-day tour with Tony. Everything was impeccably timed and organized, with breathtaking locations. Tony’s charm and friendly demeanor made the day fun and enjoyable from beginning to end. The barbecue lunch served was delightful, showcasing the care that went into the entire experience. There was no sense of rush, allowing us to genuinely savor each stop. Tony's thoughtfulness stood out, as he even assisted us with arranging transportation to the Beach Bar for dinner afterward, despite it not being part of the tour. I cannot recommend Tony and this tour highly enough. It is an absolute must-do for anyone visiting.
The host was friendly, and there was a sufficient amount of time to spend at each site. The lunch was tasty as well. It's a budget-friendly option for solo travelers wanting to explore the major tourist attractions outside the city.
I had a great time on this tour with Tony, who was accommodating and flexible with the schedule at various locations. The pickup was convenient, and we received a brief introduction to Vanuatu before visiting Eton Beach, which was lovely, though the water was colder than I had anticipated due to the overcast weather. Next, we visited the stunning Blue Lagoon, which was pleasantly uncrowded. Lunch consisted of tasty chicken and chips at the lagoon, nicely cooked and seasoned. The waterfalls were beautiful, but they didn't seem suitable for swimming during my visit. There were also many mosquitoes, and despite having repellent, I returned to the van early. I appreciated that this tour was locally owned, as many other companies are not.
