Wearing waders and walking through the clear waters of Coffin Bay while learning to shuck oysters and enjoy champagne felt truly exotic. It was an enjoyable experience led by our entertaining and skilled South American guide, Freddie. Meeting other travelers during such group activities added to the fun. The professional arrangement at the entrance of Coffin Bay National Park was a great start to our day there.
This experience in Coffin Bay was fantastic—both enjoyable and educational with delicious flavors. Wading out was manageable for everyone as long as the waders fit properly. We spent $60 each for the tour and added drinks that were served to us while we enjoyed the oyster shucking on a floating deck. I gained valuable insights into oyster farming and shucking. This is absolutely a must-do activity when in Coffin Bay.
The oysters were incredibly fresh, the hosts were wonderful, and the location was stunning. This is an experience you shouldn't miss when in the area.
The entire experience was truly enjoyable. I found it to be very informative, and the oysters were incredibly tasty. I would definitely recommend it.
We had a wonderful day, and the guides were friendly and very accommodating. Melissa even organized transfers to and from our cruise ship, making for a top-notch first-time experience.
The oyster wading tour was a fantastic experience. ALEX, our guide, impressed us with his extensive knowledge, despite not being local. The oysters were delightful, leading us to shuck another dozen. We also enjoyed more oysters and a seafood platter at Oysters HQ for dinner. It was truly a wonderful day.
The tour and tasting experience at the Coffin Bay Oyster farm was outstanding. Our guide, Elka, was charming, humorous, and provided a wealth of information. The duration of the tour was just right. Learning to open the oysters was clearly explained and manageable. The oysters themselves were delightful. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.
This tour comes highly suggested, even for those who don’t particularly love oysters. Arthur, our French guide, crafted the tour thoughtfully and answered every question from our small group. I will certainly recommend it to friends interested in visiting Coffin Bay.
Alex, our presenter, was very informative and charming. He shared a wealth of knowledge about oysters and the surrounding area that we were completely unaware of.
I had a fantastic experience. It was a lot of fun and a great opportunity to learn. Serge was incredible—knowledgeable and very patient. I truly enjoyed every part of the tour, especially the delicious oysters.
