This experience was a significant letdown and not worth the money spent. Having participated in multiple "Hop On Hop Off" bus tours globally, this one stood out as the worst. The tour guide's sarcastic humor fell flat. The service was not a genuine "hop off, hop on" since the infrequent buses meant a wait of over two hours after getting off. To make things worse, only one bus was in operation that day, and we received no compensation, such as a discount, voucher, or even water. Overall, it felt pointless. We ultimately stayed on for most of a single loop, but it simply wasn’t worth the cost. I recommend opting for a city bus or a private tour if you're in Pittsburgh for better value.
It was an excellent experience overall. The office was simple to locate, the check-in process was friendly and efficient, and the guide was exceptional. The sites were interesting, and it was easy to hop on and off at our convenience.
