The ride along the stunning coastline was enjoyable and at a comfortable pace. Joshua was friendly and engaging. The bikes were well-maintained, although I would have preferred straight handlebars instead of the U-shaped beach cruiser style for better hand positioning.
This experience was incredibly enjoyable and comes highly recommended. We brought our 13-year-old along, and the bikes were excellent and user-friendly. Our guide, Joshua, was fantastic. We paused for breathtaking views of the California coastline and the Bob Jones Trail, along with snack and drink stops, with the Hidden Garden being our favorite. Having visited this area many times before, Joshua introduced us to sights we hadn't seen. We will certainly participate again on our next trip.

The trip is misrepresented, and it's important to inform potential riders that some prior e-bike experience and skills are necessary to manage the heavy bikes and strong throttle. The owners brought me to a cramped parking lot where I had to mount the bike and throttle up without any practice on balancing or pedaling. I was jolted forward and immediately lost control, feeling like I was going to crash. The owners mentioned that many people struggle to ride these bikes but refused to issue a refund for my $95.

This tour was fantastic, especially with our amazing guide. It was my first experience on an EBike, and I felt at ease within about 20 minutes. We explored extensively and had lunch on the pier in Avila. I was impressed by how much we could see in just a few hours. Don't forget to say hello to Rowdy, the friendly shop dog.
