There were two of us who weren't fond of mussels and inquired about alternatives. What a delightful way to enjoy the day! We felt fully immersed in the culture while remaining safe and comfortable. The restaurant where we dined presented a live filleting of a flounder and prepared ceviche right in front of us. The food was exceptional. They also fried the remaining half of the fish, serving it with lovely potatoes. We concluded our meal with a tasting of Pisco.
