Our tour guide, Brian, along with Tom who checked us in, were incredibly friendly and nice. It was just our party of four on the tour, which made it special. We ventured into the mountains, which had snowy areas, and received excellent information about the national forest's location and history. The pace was relaxed, and Brian captured some wonderful photos of our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it.

Overall, it was a stunning tour rich with interesting information and abundant photo opportunities. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone eager to experience the Smoky Mountains in an enjoyable and interactive manner.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our guide, China, was incredibly sweet and shared a wealth of knowledge about history and wildlife. The ride exceeded my expectations in terms of smoothness. It was quite chilly at the FDR memorial, so I recommend bringing extra layers. The views were stunning.
