The ride itself was enjoyable, and I was surprised by how wet I became, which added to the experience. However, I had purchased the package that included a GoPro and placed my camera in the designated basket with my name on it. Unfortunately, I never received my video, leaving me feeling like I wasted extra money. I specifically asked a staff member to confirm that she had my email, and she assured me she did, so I was worried something like this would occur. I really wanted my video. Despite calling and emailing multiple times, I have yet to receive a response, and I am very disappointed.
I was initially worried my kids would find this experience too extreme, but I was mistaken. They all loved it, including the more apprehensive ones, and even asked to go again. I had a great time as well. The staff was friendly, supportive, and helpful. Overall, it was definitely a memorable experience worth having.
Our daughters, aged 12 and 16, had a fantastic time! They tackled the red trail together in the same bubble and mentioned it was incredibly fun and not frightening whatsoever.
I’m open to new experiences, and while this wasn’t quite for me, the staff handled everything perfectly... I have no complaints or suggestions.
We had a fantastic time. I brought my son, who was initially hesitant, and my wife, who tends to avoid these activities, and we all truly enjoyed it. I wish they would offer all-day passes for around $125; it would be a great idea.
The children had a blast! They enjoyed it to such an extent that they chose to buy extra rolls with their own money. This was truly one of their favorite activities in Tennessee.
The experience itself was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed it. However, the check-in process was quite frustrating. Initially, everything went smoothly, but buying additional rolls took nearly an hour, which was ridiculous. With a more efficient system, this could have easily been a 5-star experience.
This is a must-try activity when visiting the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. It’s a bit expensive for the time spent rolling in the ball, but the unique experience is worth it. In April, the balls were filled with warm water, keeping us cozy inside. We were chilled once wet and outside. We prepaid for three rolls, and if you want to do more, you can just pay on-site. It wasn't too crowded during our visit, so we ended up doing six rolls each. We also used the GoPro camera, which was nice, but it's not essential to get a sense of the experience inside the ball.
This was a lot of fun for the adults and absolutely worth the cost.
I cannot recommend this place at all. The owner yelled and cursed at us, creating a hostile environment that should not be tolerated in any business. We were excited to participate in the activity, but there was confusion regarding our purchase through a third-party site for 5 rolls at $62. After confirming our booking, upon arrival, we were told we would only receive 1 roll. The manager suggested we receive 2 rolls instead, which was reasonable given we paid $60. Things escalated when the owner confronted us aggressively about our delay, refusing to let us explain or provide evidence, threatening to call the police, and calling us a waste of time. It was shocking and distressing; my friend ended up in tears on her birthday. I genuinely hope others reconsider supporting a business that allows such treatment. In my experience running businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction in situations like this is straightforward and doesn’t have to involve confrontation.
