The trip was shorter than expected, and we didn't visit the waterfalls as planned. I was charged twice for two different activities: $110 and $88. I would like to know when I can expect a refund, as I canceled before the deadline.
The experience did not match my expectations based on the price paid. Instead of exploring the Smoky Mountains, we spent three hours visiting moonshine distilleries in Pigeon Forge. We managed to see the dam, but it was drained. Although the guide was friendly, I felt that the tour did not deliver value for the money. If you’re looking to enjoy the views of the Smoky Mountains, I recommend opting for another tour. Additionally, the tour guide arrived thirty minutes late.

The driver was polite and considerate throughout the entire experience, taking us to lesser-known spots and areas that weren't crowded.
