This was a wonderful experience. It took a bit longer than anticipated, with a few delays that extended the duration to 4-5 hours instead of the planned 2-3 hours. The staff were very friendly, making it a worthwhile activity.
The experience was very poorly organized. While Don, our pilot, was great, the nearly $300 we spent felt unjustified. The check-in was chaotic, and we had to relocate an hour away due to high winds. The van ride lasted almost two hours and was uncomfortable. I also had to rent a car after being informed my hotel was outside their pickup area, which added another 30-minute drive. The flight itself offered no interesting sights, just views of homes and buildings. After landing, the truck with breakfast and champagne was stuck, forcing us to wait for help. The breakfast and champagne were underwhelming, and we ended up waiting for an hour before we could leave. The return journey was bumpy, and it was obvious the staff was unprepared for this change of plans. Although the flight was fine, my first hot air balloon experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't choose this company again.
It was incredibly peaceful. The crew went above and beyond to assist my elderly mother getting in and out of the basket. The champagne celebration at the conclusion was wonderful.
The sunrise balloon ride followed by breakfast was incredible. Captain Jonathan and Crew Chief Joseph provided excellent care for our group, making the whole experience top-notch. It was safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable. I would highly recommend it.

What an enjoyable experience with well-informed guides. The ride was smooth and truly a bucket list adventure. However, I wish there had been facilities or at least a bathroom break after the 50-minute journey to the launch area.
