This trip started off with two challenges for me – I dislike early mornings and have a fear of heights. On the way, I thought about skipping it and just watching my husband and son. However, when we arrived at the launch site, I got caught up in taking photos and ended up joining in when our pilot, Patrick, called us to load. I’m glad I did. Patrick was fantastic—very knowledgeable and made everyone feel safe and welcomed. I truly enjoyed the views during the ride. Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say this is among the top five coolest experiences I've ever had. All three of us agreed we would definitely do it again.

This was my second hot air balloon ride with this company, and it was excellent. Although we experienced a slight delay due to wind conditions, everything turned out well. Our pilot was skilled and added some humor throughout the journey. We soared to 5,000 feet above sea level. The only downside was the scenery, which wasn't very impressive, with some litter in the desert. Overall, I highly recommend this company for a fantastic hot air balloon adventure.
