This was a fantastic buy. My son and I got to explore the Adventure Aquarium, the nearby battleship, Legoland, and Longwood Gardens for a price lower than just visiting the aquarium. I highly recommend this great deal.
The Go City Pass was fantastic for my partner and me. We visited Philadelphia for our anniversary and used the pass to dive into the city's rich history while making unforgettable memories. We strongly recommend it for travelers.
We visited Longwood Garden, the Museum of Art, the Franklin Institute, Eastern State Prison, and the Penn State Museum over two days without any issues using the pass. It helped us save around $20 per person compared to purchasing tickets at the entrance.
Excellent value! I truly appreciated the abundance of fantastic options available. It was definitely worth it.
The travel experience was enjoyable with great food and excellent service. The attractions were nice, and the guide along with the maps were helpful. It would be beneficial to include discounted parking in the package.
Upon our arrival at the Hop on Hop off stop, the staff member responsible for scanning tickets seemed quite uninformed about the attractions included in our package. He told us that the last stop for the tour was at 4pm, but during our journey on another bus, the guide explained that each bus has a different ending time based on its morning start. This forced us to completely rearrange our day and we ended up missing several attractions we had planned to visit. Some buses stopped at 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm, or 5:30pm. Had I known about these varying times, I would have maintained my original itinerary. Additionally, we discovered that some museums only operate on weekends, which complicated our plans further. The attractions we did visit were fantastic, but it's worth noting that certain included sites are not accessible by the tour bus due to their distance or require a ferry ride for the aquarium. On rainy days, umbrellas are not permitted on the open top level of the bus, so alternative methods to stay dry are necessary. A positive aspect of the tour is the flexibility to hop on and off at any attraction or museum, with buses arriving every 30 minutes, allowing for some planning around their schedule.
The transactions were very smooth and effortless.
The two-day pass I purchased offered excellent value. Most attractions in Philadelphia are priced between $25 and $30 per person. During the first day, I visited the Franklin Institute, Barnes Foundation, Rodin Museum, Art Museum, and Eastern State Penitentiary. On the second day, I explored the Betsy Ross House, Christchurch Burial Grounds, National Liberty Museum, Museum of the American Revolution, and participated in both the Revolutionary & Founding Fathers Tour and the Ghost Tour.
We really enjoyed our Go City pass. After considering the activities we wanted to do and calculating the costs, we found it to be an excellent value. It was also very easy to use.
The Go City Pass is affordable and user-friendly, allowing us to explore various attractions without the stress of choosing which ones to visit. Over our 3-day pass, we started at the Betsy Ross House and enjoyed a Revolution and Founding Fathers Tour, picked up our Solve A Mystery: The Kidnapping by Independence Hall adventure, and ended our first day with the Dark Philly Adult Night Tour. Day 2 included the Big Bus Hop On Hop Off Pass, a tour of the Eastern State Penitentiary, and visits to the Independence Seaport Museum and National Liberty Museum. On the final day, we visited the National Constitution Center, used our Phlash Bus pass, and explored the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Although we had to leave early for our flight, the Go City Pass allowed us to access the museum and view some exhibits without the pressure to stay longer to justify a typical admission fee.
