This tour exceeded my expectations. Our driver was friendly and very well-informed. I appreciated being at ground level instead of on a large bus, and we had several stops to enjoy sights like the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Magic Garden. The enclosed golf carts were perfect since we encountered some rain. I can't recall our driver's name, but he was fantastic.
