Adam was an entertaining and well-informed guide, the food selections were exceptional, and we gained valuable insights into Philadelphia's cuisine and culture.
This tour exceeded my expectations. The guide provided insightful historical information throughout, and the food options were outstanding. You'll definitely leave feeling satisfied. I highly recommend it to family and friends. The guide was well-organized and ensured our safety when crossing the streets.
Kaitlyn, our guide, was fantastic! She not only introduced us to amazing food choices but also provided a detailed overview of Philadelphia's culinary and cultural history.
I really enjoyed the tour. The food portions were generous, not just a taste. Karen was fantastic—full of knowledge, energy, and a lot of fun.
Our guide, Karen, was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised that the food tastings consisted of full servings rather than just small bites.
Caitlyn P. was an excellent local guide who shared plenty of fun facts and captivating stories about the city. Her recommendations beyond the tour were also fantastic.
My wife and I love Food Tours, having experienced several in the Philadelphia area. Recently, we participated in the Taste of Philly Tour with Adam and other guests. We discovered the history behind pretzels and tomato pie, sampled iconic Philadelphia foods, and explored multiple sites in Center City. It was an enjoyable experience, and surprisingly, we didn’t feel overly stuffed afterward. The tour concluded at Reading Market, where we enjoyed a Chocolate Chip Cookie and a doughnut. I recommend taking this tour for some great food and exercise; it was all around fun.
Kelly was fantastic! Her knowledge of the city was impressive, and the food was excellent, with the Del Friscos tour being a highlight. She shared a wealth of fascinating history during the tour, and we enjoyed tomato pie, soft pretzels, Philly cheesesteak, cheese fries, a doughnut, and a cookie, leaving me quite full!
The building lacked an address, and we were not informed to meet indoors. The tour guide was inside, seemingly distracted by his phone, while we were anxiously searching for him and worried about missing the tour.
This was an excellent tour and a fantastic opportunity to delve into local history while sampling all the essential foods in one go. Kaitlin was an outstanding guide, very knowledgeable and enjoyable to converse with.
